CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD. Cancellations made between May 16th and August 15th will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between August 16th, 2023 and the retreat start date will result in a total loss of funds.
Trip cancellation insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this journey.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
We also reserve the right to make changes to the retreat venue for any reason. Should the venue change, a comparable venue will be provided.
if we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
King Suite A/Private Bath

This King Suite is spacious and has incredible views of the red-rock vistas. It also includes a sitting area, fireplace, dresser, closet and T.V. The bathroom is private and includes double sinks and a separate soaking bath and shower.
King Suite B/Private Bath

This King Suite is on the main level and has great views! It includes a sitting area, T.V., dresser and closet. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and will be private. It includes a single sink and shower.

This King bed is on the lower-level floor and is spacious. It also includes a chair, T.V. and armoire. The bathroom is shared and includes one sink, shower and a separate soaking tub.
Double Queen A/Shared Bath

This double queen room is located on the main floor. It is spacious and has a view of the red rocks and overlooks an outside seating area. It also includes a T.V., dresser and closet. The room has a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom and includes a single sink and shower.
Double Queen B/Shared Bath

BONUSES
Three (3) Private Coaching Calls: You will each receive a private, one-on-one 30-minute coaching call prior to the retreat so we can get to know you both personally and how we can best support you on your healing journey. You will also receive a 60-minute two-on-two coaching call one week post retreat.
Access to a Private WhatsApp Group: This will allow all participants to get to know one another pre-trip and stay connected during and after the retreat. Ask questions, receive updates, and share valuable insights or aha moments.
Pre-Trip Virtual Group Call: We will come together via Zoom to meet each other and go over retreat information and any questions you may have.
Post-Trip Virtual Group Call: We will come together via Zoom a week after the retreat to help integrate your learnings once back home!

YOUR FLIGHTS & TRANSPORTATION
Book your flight into the Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) airport in Arizona, arriving Thursday, September 26th before 12:30 pm and departing Monday, September 30th after 2:00 pm local time.
As long as you arrive on time, you will be given instructions to meet with the rest of the retreat attendees at a designated area for your transportation pick-up.
If you will be arriving a day early, you will need to cover your cost of transportation to the retreat venue. And the same for leaving a day late.
If you will be staying longer, Sedona and surrounding cities are well worth the visit. We’ll be happy to offer suggestions for your added enjoyment.
COVID-19 INFORMATION
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
Currently (last updated February 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you’re always welcome to wear a mask if you like.
